Preorders (To-Go Bagels & Cream Cheese)

Preorders are back with a slightly different setup while I’m at Red Sauce.

Pickup location for all preorders:

Red Sauce Pizza: 4641 NE Fremont Street, Portland, Oregon, 97213

Important: preorder pickups are now exclusively at Red Sauce and no longer at Cherry Sprout.

How to Preorder:
Email me at hello@redhenbagelry.com with your order.

Please include:

  • Your First and Last name

  • Quantity of each bagel you’d like

  • Quantity of each cream cheese you’d like

  • Which day you’d like to pick up (Saturday or Sunday)

Order Deadlines:

  • Saturday pickup: order by 10:00 a.m. Wednesday

  • Sunday pickup: order by 10:00 a.m. Thursday

What to Know:

  • Preorders are for to-go bagels and cream cheeses only (no sandwich preorders)

  • Orders are confirmed once invoiced and paid

  • Preorders are bagged and ready at the start of service

  • Pick up anytime during service hours (7:30 a.m. –11:30 a.m.) on your corresponding pickup day

  • Orders must be picked up by the end of the service day

  • If you can’t make it to pick up your order please email me before the scheduled pickup day to see if we can coordinate another way for you to get your bagels! If I don’t hear from you, the bagels will be donated by the end of the pickup day.

  • Cancellations after the order cutoff time are not possible, since the bagels are already in production.

  • You’re always welcome to just come to the shop and order in person as well but keep in mind that some bagel flavors may sell out later in the morning.
